What we offer for the Customer Service and Sales Consultant /Account Manager Position

$22 - $26 base pay per hour to start depending on experience.
Commission on individual closed sales. Successful sales reps who follow our plan can expect to earn the equivalent of an additional $3 - $7 per hour in commission their first year, after the initial paid hands-on training period, for a total compensation of $25 - $33+ per hour.

Great working hours in a creative environment: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Qualifications for the Customer Service and Sales Consultant /Account Manager Position

High school diploma or GED required. College education preferred.
2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience preferred.
Superior relationship-building, networking, and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal & written English skills with a great presence on the phone and in person. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Basic math skills for creating price quotes and measuring/calculating sign sizes.
Familiarity with Google Suite and great typing skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service and Sales Consultant /Account Manager Position

Be the point of contact for prospects and clients contacting us via phone, e-mail, and in-person, evaluating needs & recommending solutions using various FASTSIGNS products.
Create price quotes for custom projects, including contacting vendors and installation partners for pricing/timelines and ordering required goods.
Develop and maintain a database of clients using proven sales strategies/techniques and Linkedin while quickly following up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and e-mail activity.
Generate detailed work orders with project specifications for our graphic design and production teams to use as a recipe to create orders.
Follow through on completed orders by reviewing them for quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collecting payment.
Successful individuals in this position may also visit clients at their place of business in order to collect more information for large projects and develop deeper relationships.

Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
