Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in print production? We are seeking a talented and dedicated Print Operator/Technician to join our team. If you have expertise in print operations, proficiency in RIP software, and a strong understanding of machine maintenance, color management, and workflow management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain print production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
Set up and calibrate printers, ensuring accurate color reproduction and print quality
Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork files are properly prepared for printing
Monitor and manage the print workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
Conduct quality control checks to ensure the final printed products meet specifications

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Print Operator or in a related role
Proficiency in RIP software (e.g., Caldera, Onyx, EFI Fiery)
Strong knowledge of color management principles and techniques
Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting in a print production environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
