Vehicle Graphics/Wrap Installer

FASTSIGNS of Kingston is hiring experienced vehicle wrap installers to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The right candidate will have at least one year of experience installing vinyl, vehicle graphics, and wraps. We are a rapidly growing and consistently busy facility. It is a fast-paced culture that keeps you moving all day. This position is for all aspects of the installation of vehicle graphics and wraps and sign production and assembly. Complete wrap experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow a layout to install computer-generated vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on vehicles including using the plotter/cutter to make the graphics.
Prepare vehicles for vinyl application. This may include washing, cleaning, and adding tape primer to vehicles for vinyl application.
Weed excess vinyl from computer cut images.
Perform quality assurance measures pre-and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a work order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Full vehicle graphic wraps, vinyl lettering; including but not limited to installation of graphic applications on all types of vehicles, fleet graphics, truck sides, and windows.
Building graphics; including but not limited to window stickers, banners, and mesh banners.
Digital graphics; including but not limited to indoor wall graphics and billboards.
Travel to and from installation work sites, if necessary.
Willingness to assume responsibility and act independently.
Valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and reliable vehicle.
Communicate with others.

Typical Physical Demands • Ability to sit, stand, and kneel for long periods of time. • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds. • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to use light power equipment. • Ability to work on ladders. • Ability to remove lights, trim, and mirrors from vehicles.

Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
