Production Specialists work in a dynamic, creative and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for many different business applications. Creative work is performed within the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment. Expect a friendly, close-knit, high performance team.

Position requirements include cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates and vehicles. The Production Specialist will be required to work in the field (in various weather) performing installations to vehicles, as well as building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system. Heavy lifting and manual labor -such as digging holes for sign posts- is required on occasion. Experience using various hardware and fastening systems as well as utilizing power tools is a solid plus. Careful attention to accuracy and detail oriented work, while utilizing work orders that outline specifics for each custom order, is paramount. This position offers a variety of opportunities to earn wage increases.

Though experience in the sign industry is a plus, we will train the right candidate. We seek someone who is "handy" with excellent problem solving skills. We seek and hire those with values of integrity, service and constant improvement towards excellence.

Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
