We offer product and services to Fortune 500 companies, Start-ups, large-medium-small manufacturers and service companies. We sell signs to the commercial, industrial, retail, service and government sectors.
We have a robust outbound marketing program, individual sales programs and national marketing through our franchise organization to help you sell our products and services. Our company has been in business for almost 25 years and have had the same location for the same period of time. In other words, we are well-established, very well-known and we have great reputation!
Our services include: graphic design, permit procurement, program management, surveying, installation and fulfillment services including packaging, delivery and shipping. Our products cover the broad spectrum of the sign industry including digital signage, building signs, monument signs, way-finding, POP, safety, functional, labels, cut-outs, banners, ADA, construction site, wall/window graphics, vehicle graphics/wraps, advertising specialties, posters, printing and anything related to signage, marketing and promotional requirements.
Outside Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual sales plan with the Owner, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
2. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
3. Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.
4. Identify sales prospects and contact these using a “drill down” and “share of wallet” concept.
5. Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
6. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.
7. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of a Contact Management program to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
8. Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
9. Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).
10. Prepare presentations, estimates and sales contracts.
11. Establish and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.
12. Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
13. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
14. Carry out market research; i.e. competitive shops and customer surveys
15. Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
16. Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
17. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
18. Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.
19. Serve as a backup for answering the phone if the Franchisee, manager and sales/service employees are busy assisting other customers.
20. Assist at the front counter as needed.
21. Understand the sales process enough to consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Participate in networking and marketing events such as seminars, referral groups, trade shows, and telemarketing programs.
2. Assist in collection of account receivables.
3. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
4. Conduct and/or supervise installations. Conduct site surveys.

1. Working conditions are normal for an office and a light manufacturing environment. Report to Owner or Managing Partner.
