About the Role:

The Production Lead/Supervisor is a fast paced, hands-on leadership role that requires high attention to accuracy and details. The position oversees a production team of 2-3 sign makers, installers, and printer operators. The Production Lead/Supervisor organizes the creation and assembly of sign and graphic products for many different business and personal applications. The Lead/Supervisor will oversee the production of signs while working closely with the Sales and Graphics teams.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate “on-time” production of signs
Cut printed graphics using a variety of tools
Print on multiple substrates
Perform and/or schedule maintenance on printers
Maintain Inventory
Supervisor and direct the production employees
Assist with installations
Use ladders or mechanical lift systems
Attend management meetings
Subject matter expert on each printer in the shop
Workflow management
Clean production facility
Schedule maintenance on company vehicles
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Walk/stand for 6 to 8 hours
Ability to lift 25lbs regularly
Basic design experience (preferred)
Production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
Experience in Wide Format Digital Print Production (preferred)
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

Compensation: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
