FASTSIGNS on Central in Downtown Phoenix is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our team.  We are a fast-paced and fun environment, but we need people with a "Get it done" attitude that like working with people and are outgoing. 

We currently have a PART-time opening for a Customer Service Representative / Sales Assistant / Social Media

This position is Monday - Thursday 9am - 3 pm.  This is a position is on-site position, not remote. Weekends off. 
You will be responsible for processing customer projects from start to finish.   Customer requests are processed by email, phone, and in person.   This position requires estimating customer requests. 
 
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $17 - $20 / HR depending on experience
  • PTO - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 
A qualified candidate must have the following:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer sales experience within a professional company 
  • Reliable transportation
  • The ability to work as a team to meet customer deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage an array of projects.
  • Above-average math, spelling, and grammar skills.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
