We are looking for a motivated self-starter to evaluate customer’s visual communication needs and provide custom signs, graphics, and printing solutions while building relationships and managing accounts in a fast-paced, professional environment.

An Account Manager position with FASTSIGNS gives you the opportunity to work with people across different industries and giving them solutions that make an impact in and around their workplace. You’ll spend your days meeting with clients assessing needs and opportunities, prospecting for new business, networking, and managing customer relationships. You will be selling a unique, exciting product line that changes by the minute - completely based on customer needs and desires.

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
  • Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers of all types.
  • Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards. 
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and comfortable being on the phone.
  • Basic math skills for creating sales quotes and measuring/calculating sign sizes.
  • Computer & keyboard skills for point-of-sale software data entry, Gmail and Microsoft Office.
  • Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales experience preferred.
  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work and travel.
  • Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment a plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact and supply superior customer service to clients requesting assistance via phone, internet and in-person.
  • Serve as a sales consultant, making suggestions for appropriate types of signs and graphics to suit customer sign and graphic needs.
  • Present creative ideas and solutions to a wide variety of clients.
  • Act as a price estimator and project manager for signs, graphics and installations.
  • Create clear and concise work orders.
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
  • Manage and develop accounts.
  • Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
  • Participate in the available training program, on-the-job training and on-going training to become the expert sign & graphics solution provider.
  • Prospect for new business, network, and manage customer relationships

Compensation: $39,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
