FASTSIGNS Burien is hiring a Production & Installation Specialist!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of sign production and delivery, from printing and sign assembly to installation and quality assurance. You’ll also be the professional face of our company at client locations, helping us deliver an excellent customer experience.

Previous sign production and installation experience is desirable, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Install a variety of signage, including flat panel, post-and-panel, and full-color graphics (interior and exterior).
Maintain a clear and up-to-date installation schedule.
Perform site visits to gather accurate information for quotes and production.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate labor estimates, inventory tracking, and production details.
Select the most efficient production methods to meet customer needs.
Proof designs and conduct quality checks before printing.
Prepare substrates, apply vinyl/media, mount prints, and operate laminating equipment.
Operate and maintain printers, plotters, laminators, and hand tools.
Answer phones and assist customers when others are unavailable.

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and kneel/stand for extended periods.
Be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high quality.
Basic knowledge of power tools and general construction methods.
