Job Description:
On-site position, where you will make initial phone contact with prospective clients and establish a positive and professional impression of FASTSIGNS Puerto Rico. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead management to the project management process. Implement an agreed digital marketing plan for the Center. Work with sales and production staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for walk-in customers, email, e-commerce (Scorpion) and phone.
2. Demonstrate the ability to hold a business conversation with customers.
3. Sell and make consultative recommendations to prospects and customers using various products and brand standards.
4. Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, phone surveys, direct mail, and email.
5. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from phone, marketing, and email activity.
7. Complete the established procedures of the center from the beginning to the end of a project.
8. Prepare estimates and establish/maintain follow-up procedures.
9. Manage reports, closings, and sales reports

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree diploma, preferably business administration or marketing.
· Previous experience in a signage and graphics environment is a plus.
· Experience in administration of Google WorkSpace, HubSpot and META Social Networks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Meticulous attention to detail and ability to keep documentation up to date.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
