What will you do in this role?
- Convert opportunities into sales: attend to prospects (calls, walk-ins, web) and guide them to closure
- Advise clients: recommend signage and visual communication solutions
- Actively prospecting: identifying new opportunities in different industries
- Follow up: prepare estimates and ensure the closure of each opportunity
- Support the operation: keep customer and project information organized

- Agile with digital tools
- Can handle multiple tasks without losing focus
- Communicates clearly in Spanish and English
Key Skills
- Management of digital tools (Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Consultative sales or customer service experience
- Preparation of quotes/estimates
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and English)
- Organization and management of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective follow-up to customers and sales opportunities
- Comfortable working in dynamic, results-oriented environments
- Ability to quickly learn technology tools and processes
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certification (preferably in Management, Marketing or related areas)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
