Fast-growing visual communications company seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. - Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and phone customers
- Guide customers through consultative sales conversations (not just order-taking)
- Create estimates, manage orders, and follow projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with production and management teams to deliver high-quality results
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
- Maintain strong communication and ensure an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
