Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales & Account Management)
FASTSIGNS Conroe (independently owned and family-operated) is a top-performing center in a network of over 750 FASTSIGNS locations. We are constantly looking to expand our Team. Position Details
- Work 1-on-1 with customers “From Concept to Completion”
- Consult with the customer, assess their wants/needs.
- Prepare estimates and proposals.
- Facilitate design/proofing.
- Process work orders through production.
- Coordinate surveys and installations.
- Ensure timely project completion and complete customer satisfaction.
- Answer phones and greet walk-in customers.
- Work with current and prospective customers via email, telephone and in person.
- Handle inbound sales leads, and prospect for potential new customers.
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term repeat customers.
- You will play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center!
Ideal Qualifications
- 2-years of consultative sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driven, self-starting, outgoing, eager to learn.
- Proficient in time/priority management.
- Ability to sit for long periods. (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods. (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
