The ideal candidate will have previous sign-making and installation experience. Graphic Design experience is helpful.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate a variety of sign-making equipment, including large-format printers, vinyl plotters, and laminators.
- Prepare materials for sign production, including cutting, weeding, taping, and finishing.
- Assemble signs and prepare them for installation, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, keeping the production area well-stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in a production environment, sign industry experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or related field is beneficial.
