Responsibilities:

Ability to have a business conversation with customers from many industries and decision makers.
Develop a sales plan to generate new customers.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, phone surveys, direct mail, and email.
Sell and make consultative recommendations to prospects and customers.
Prepare estimates and establish/maintain follow-up procedures.
Communicate with customers about order status and move the order to production.
Prepare reports; Including activity, closings, tracking, and meeting goals for weekly sales meetings.
Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma, preferably business administration or marketing
Knowledge of Google Workspace platform
Preferred if you have experience in handling CRM
Previous experience in business-to-business consultative sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at different levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to keep documentation up-to-date.
