A visual communications sales specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and generating sales.

DUTIES

Sketching clients’ needs while discussing the information sign content ensuring you capture their needs.
Collaborate with clients to understand their communication goals and develop innovative visual concepts that effectively convey the desired message.
Identify clients’ key messages and communicate to the graphics and production teams.
Work closely with sales, graphics, production and installation teams to ensure visual content aligns with client’s vision.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of visual content while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Client management: Interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide creative solutions that meet their communication objectives.
Quality control: Conduct thorough reviews and proofreading of visual content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Use the phone as the primary communication method with clients.
Excellent creativity, with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and clients.
High school diploma or equivalent
Outgoing and confident personality with a sense of urgency
Willingness to routinely prospect for new customers/business
Ability and willingness to learn new things
Ability to effectively multi-task while working in an often fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computer software and web-based applications

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
