Graphics Designer & Production Specialist

Fastsigns of Brantford provides innovative client solutions and produces a wide range of signs and banners. We are seeking an individual who is an experienced graphic designer and has worked in the sign industry with production/application equipment and has experience with small installations.

Job Duties:

Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files.
Operate printers, laminator, and plotter effectively.
Customer Service and communicate with Clients.
Perform finishing operations such as mounting of printed pieces to substrates and installation when required.
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient environment.

Skills Requirements:

Graphic Design skills with proficiency in customer service.
Strong knowledge of printing and production.
Strong work ethic, with interest in being a key part of a close knit team

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
