Production Manager

Are you a highly organized, hands-on leader with experience in signage or print production? We’re looking for a Production Manager to oversee operations at our centralized production facility, which supports multiple FASTSIGNS locations. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that requires both strategic oversight and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Our facility is equipped with advanced production equipment including a flatbed printer and Zund digital cutter, and handles a wide variety of sign and graphics projects—from rigid signage to large-format digital prints. As the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for scheduling daily production and installations, ensuring quality standards are met, managing inventory, supervising a small production team, and working closely with center managers to deliver outstanding results across all locations.

Ideal candidates are proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in training staff on equipment and best practices, managing project timelines, and helping to implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
