Under the guidance of the Franchise Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 6-12 sales representatives, including inside and outside sales, within a designated district or territory. This position is responsible for providing sales training and guidance to ensure their success. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction, while also developing and implementing effective sales training programs. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned district or territory, providing guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to maximize their performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the district, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to educate the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Compensation: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
