Job Title:  Sign Installer & Vehicle Wrap Specialist (Dual Role) 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Sign Installer & Vehicle Wrap Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic, dual-role position requires proficiency in both general sign installation and full or partial vehicle wraps. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of delivering high-quality installations across a variety of environments. You will work with a wide range of materials and techniques—installing everything from dimensional signs and post panels to high-end commercial vehicle wraps.

In this role, no two days are alike. You’ll collaborate with sales and production teams, interact directly with customers, and take pride in seeing your work throughout the community.


Responsibilities:

  Sign Installation 
  •  Install a variety of signage, including flat panel signs, post and panel systems, vinyl graphics, and ADA signage—both indoors and outdoors. 
  •  Follow written instructions and layouts to ensure accurate and safe installations. 
  •  Perform site surveys and gather necessary information for quoting and planning. 
  •  Coordinate with sales and project management for estimating time and setting deadlines. 
  •  Maintain accurate schedules and meet project timelines. 
  •  Operate ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power equipment in a safe and effective manner. 
  •  Assist with general sign production tasks as needed. 
   Vehicle Wrap Installation 
  • Perform professional wrap installations on cars, vans, trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
  •  Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, priming, and prepping for vinyl application.
  •  Apply vinyl with precision using industry-standard tools and techniques (e.g., squeegees, heat guns).
  •  Interpret and execute wrap designs accurately from print to application.
  •  Assist with wrap removals and re-installs as needed.
  •  Maintain wrap equipment and supplies in a clean, organized work area.     
  General Duties 
  •  Uphold high standards of quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
  •  Communicate clearly with team members and clients.
  •  Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
  •  Maintain a clean driving record and safely operate company vehicles.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
        
Requirements:
  • Team Player, Spirit of Excellence, Growth Oriented & Sense of Urgency
  • 3+ years of experience in sign installation and/or vehicle wraps. 
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle wrap materials, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and positions (standing, bending, reaching, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified in vehicle wrap installation (e.g., Avery, 3M)
  • Knowledge of vinyl graphics and signage production.

Additional Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
