FASTSIGNS of Fullerton & Brea is looking for a sharp, observant, and proactive Sales Assistant to become the right hand to our Sales Lead in a fast-paced, creative environment. Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers
Respond to client emails quickly and professionally
Build and send out estimates using HubSpot and internal tools
Manage the Sales Lead’s email, schedule, and task flow
Assist with customer pickups and general front-office support
Help coordinate projects and timelines with other team members
Handle day-to-day tasks independently after receiving direction

Ideal Background
Recent grads or career switchers welcome
Experience in events, construction, customer service, or creative production a plus
Exposure to signage, design, or print industries is a bonus — not required

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
