FASTSIGNS of Eugene (award-winning, locally owned franchise) is looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the frontline face of our business. You’ll handle walk-ins, phone/web inquiries, qualify new leads, write estimates, and keep projects moving.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Respond to inbound calls & web leads
- Qualify opportunities and manage or hand off to sales
- Write estimates, track orders, and follow projects to completion
- Spot upsell opportunities & build customer relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Professional experience in sales or customer service (any industry)
- Organized, persistent, thrives under pressure
- Strong listener & problem-solver — you figure things out
- Ambition to grow into outside sales, project management, or office management
