We’re looking for a Fabrication & Installation Apprentice to join our crew. This is a hands-on role working side-by-side with our Lead Fabricator in the shop and supporting our Lead Installer in the field. You’ll learn the craft of sign-making from the ground up: welding, metalwork, routing, painting, and installation.

We’re looking for a Fabrication & Installation Apprentice to join our crew. This is a hands-on role working side-by-side with our Lead Fabricator in the shop and supporting our Lead Installer in the field. You’ll learn the craft of sign-making from the ground up: welding, metalwork, routing, painting, and installation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with welding, cutting, grinding, and building custom signs and structures
- Work with steel, aluminum, and other materials to bring designs to life
- Learn routing, painting, and finishing techniques
- Support installations on-site with our install team
- Keep projects moving on schedule while working safely and efficiently
- Be part of a collaborative, high-energy shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level but eager: some welding experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Coachability: you’re willing to learn, take direction, and grow into a skilled fabricator
- Basic skills: can read a tape measure (down to 1/16”), use power tools, and do basic math
- Team player: likes working with people and contributing to a positive shop culture
- Work ethic: shows up ready to work, stays focused, and takes pride in doing things right
