What You’ll Own

Grow sales and revenue through business development, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and referral partners
- Lead and motivate a team to hit targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Set goals, track results, and drive performance through accountability
- Collaborate with production to ensure jobs move fast, look great, and customers stay loyal
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience with strong sales and growth results
- Confident communicator who can sell solutions (not just products)
- Competitive mindset, coachable attitude, and team-first leadership style
- Strong follow-up habits, organization, and drive
- Sign/print/marketing experience is a plus—but not required
