About the Role
FASTSIGNS Conroe is hiring an experienced Sign Installer for a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time.
This is a non-entry-level position. You must be able to work independently and handle installs solo on Day 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles)
- Install interior signage (ADA, dimensional letters, directories)
- Install exterior signage (building signs, cabinets, post & panel)
- Read and understand basic installation drawings and instructions
- Use Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar) for job communication and documentation
- Communicate job status, delays, and issues promptly to the Install Coordinator
- Safely operate lift equipment (boom, scissor, bucket)
- Measure, level, drill, anchor, and mount signage
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sign installation experience (required)
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Experience with vinyl and interior/exterior signage installation
- Lift equipment operation experience
- Strong mechanical skills and power tool proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Preferred (Not Required)
- Electrical sign installation experience (channel letters, cabinets)
- 3M Certification (vinyl / vehicle wraps / graphics)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Fall Protection training
- Aerial lift / boom lift / scissor lift certifications
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday with possible weekend work as needed
- Duration: 60-90 Days (temporary)
- Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance and workload
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience level
