Production & Installation Specialist (Entry Level)
Do you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing projects come to life? FASTSIGNS of Clermont is seeking a motivated Production & Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in sign production, installation, and basic design, while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Produce, assemble, and finish a wide variety of signs and graphics
- Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prepare vinyl graphics for production
- Assist with and perform interior and exterior sign installations
- Operate equipment including large format printers, vinyl plotters, laminators, and panel saws
- Support workflow efficiency, organization, and quality control standards
- Perform basic design edits and file preparation using Adobe Illustrator and related software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Experience in print production, fabrication, or hands-on technical work
- Familiarity with signage materials and installation methods

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed

Compensation
$17–$19/hour, based on experience and skill level
