Part-Time Production & Installation Specialist (Entry Level)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life? Join our growing FASTSIGNS of Clermont team! This entry-level, part-time position offers hands-on training, the chance to work with a variety of equipment, and the opportunity to move to full-time after a 90-day probationary period.
What You’ll Do
- Produce and finish signs and graphics
- Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prep vinyl
- Assist with interior and exterior installations
- Support workflow, organization, and quality control
- Operate equipment including large format printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, and Safety Speed Saw
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
No prior experience required . We train motivated team members!
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Graphic design experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in print, fabrication, or hands-on production

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to pass a background / criminal history check

Compensation
$17–$20/hr, depending on experience and skill level
