Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project timelines and workflows to meet client deadlines.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain organized project documentation and track progress.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and provide timely follow-up.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients and team members.
- Utilize a suite of software products to streamline operations.
- Support sales efforts by providing quotes and product information.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of permits
- Manage a suite of marketing products that generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- A positive demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- 2+ years of experience in the sign and graphics industry
