RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Production Specialist, you will manage all aspects of physical sign production in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
As a Production Specialist, you will manage all aspects of physical sign production in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Production & Assembly: Prepare substrates and apply digitally printed graphics or cut vinyl using techniques like weeding, laminating, and mounting.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain printers and other machinery, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Operations Support: Manage inventory levels, handle raw materials, maintain a clean workspace, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously

Quality & Installation: Ensure high standards through pre- and post-production quality checks and perform on-site installations as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Growth Mindset: Highly motivated to learn new skills and progress within the sign industry; no prior experience required—we will train the right person.
- Strong Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
- Aptitude for Precision: Comfortable with basic math (adding, subtracting, and working with fractions/decimals) and has a keen eye for detail.
- Physical Readiness: Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for production and installations.

Reliability & Education: High school diploma or GED required; must have a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
