Graphic Designer for Sign Shop/Customer Service/Production

About the Role:
FASTSIGNS West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a versatile and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and also assist in Sales and Production. This role is a critical part of our operation, bridging the gap between design, customer engagement, and final product creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design, a positive sales-oriented attitude, and a willingness to be hands-on in the production area. This is the perfect position for an established designer that wants to utilize and/or expand their skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality signs and graphics using industry-standard software.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on sign solutions.
- Prepare production files and ensure all designs meet quality standards.
- Assist in the production of signs and graphics, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design.
- Experience in production techniques and materials used in sign making.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Flexibility to to work at two locations as needed from West Palm Beach to Palm Beach Gardens.
