The Role: Are you a Construction Lead, Carpenter, or Remodeler looking for a professional "home" in a specialized trade? FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is looking for a mechanically-minded Field Lead who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish.

A Lead's Schedule: Our standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. However, being a Lead means owning the deadline. This role requires occasional flexibility for early starts or working past 5:00 PM to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly.

Mechanical IQ: You understand structural anchoring, substrates (brick, block, EIFS), and basic electrical. You take pride in work that is level, plumb, and permanent.

Professionalism: You can communicate clearly with business owners and site managers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
- A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
- Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
