Customer Service Representative (Sales & Customer Experience) – FASTSIGNS West Dallas

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers
- Guide customers through solutions by recommending signage and graphics products
- Prepare estimates, process orders, and manage projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, retail, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable working with computers, email, and order entry systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to read a ruler and perform basic calculations
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
