The Gist: If you love the art of the sale but hate the "smile and dial" grind of cold calling, welcome home. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a face-to-face environment. We provide the warm leads and the appointments; you provide the technical expertise, the creative vision, and the handshake that seals the deal.

This is a 100% in-person role for a professional who wants to be part of a local team, collaborate in the office, and get out into the field to see projects through from the first sketch to the final installation.

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Strategic Preparation: You’ll start at the office, reviewing a pipeline of pre-qualified warm leads. No gatekeepers, no hang-ups—just people who have already raised their hand and asked for our help.

  • The On-Site Consult: You’ll head out into the field to meet clients on-site. You aren't just a salesperson; you’re a consultant. You’ll measure, diagnose their needs, and visualize how their brand will look in the real world.

  • Product Management & Design: Back at the office, you’ll take the lead on the project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with production to ensure what you sold is exactly what gets built.

  • The Victory Lap: Finalize the details, sync with the team, and celebrate seeing your project go live in the community.

  • You’re a Project Owner: You enjoy managing the "Product" side of the sale—ensuring quality, timelines, and design specs are hit every time.

  • You’re a Relationship Expert: You understand that people buy from people they like and trust.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
