What You’ll Do
As a Sign Production and Installation Specialist, you are the bridge between a design and a finished product. You will:

Fabricate & Assemble: Use advanced machinery (Laminator, Laser, Zund digital cutter) to construct high-quality signage, from flat panels to post & panel projects.

Expert Installation: Perform on-site installations of large-format graphics and pressure-sensitive vinyl.

Collaborate: Work with the sales team to provide accurate labor estimates and project updates.

Quality Control: Ensure every project meets our high standards by proofing work orders and troubleshooting equipment.

Site Surveys: Conduct site visits to gather technical measurements for the design team.
Qualifications

Hands-on Experience: Proven skill with adhesive vinyl application and sign making.

Tool Savvy: Advanced knowledge of power tools and general construction methods (measuring, leveling, and cutting).

Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and creatively overcome technical hurdles.

Detail-Oriented: Strong math and spelling skills with a commitment to "High Quality" output.

Requirements: Valid Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and stand/kneel for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to apply vinyl graphics using repetitive hand motions.
- Comfort working in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
