Inside Sales & Account Manager (Visual Communications Specialist)

It’s a high-output inside sales position that blends sales, account management, and project coordination, and requires someone who can stay organized, move quickly, and keep projects moving forward. Requirements
- Detail-oriented, self-starting, outgoing, and eager to learn
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Ability to shift between tasks quickly and re-focus without losing momentum or accuracy
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high-volume, high-quality output
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Position Details
- Answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and respond to inbound inquiries
- Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through project completion
- Consult with customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and prepare proposals
- Oversee projects through design, proofing, production, and installation, including coordinating site surveys
- Ensure timely completion and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
- You will play a key role in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center!
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
