Sign & Graphics Installer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
$25–$32/hr DOE + Monthly Team Bonus

We're looking for an installation professional with a positive mental attitude who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and gets satisfaction from seeing a job well done. How You'll Spend Your Time
In the Field (About 60%)
- Install commercial signs and graphics including wall murals, window graphics, vehicle lettering, dimensional letters, banners, and displays
- Review job sites, verify measurements, and determine the best installation methods
- Solve on-site challenges and ensure safe, accurate, high-quality installations
- Work independently at customer locations throughout South King County
In Production (About 40%)
- Support all shop production work from start to finish, including sign assembly, vinyl prep, finishing, packaging, and quality control
- Work alongside the production team on both install-bound and customer pickup projects to ensure every job meets quality standards and deadlines
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of sign, graphics, vinyl, wrap, or related installation experience
- Vinyl application experience required; vehicle wrap experience a plus
- Comfortable using hand and power tools daily
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to lift, carry, and install signage materials throughout the day
- Clean driving record
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
