In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, working closely with our Outside Sales Representative to keep business moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and vendor coordination:

Lead Qualification: Assist the Outside Sales Representative by vetting and qualifying incoming leads to ensure the sales pipeline remains strong and efficient.

Order Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter customer orders into our system, monitor their progress, and ensure timely processing.

Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our vendors, coordinating logistics, checking product availability, and tracking shipments.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, providing updates on orders, and handling inquiries with a positive attitude.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and external sales reps to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Qualifications & Skills
