FASTSIGNS #180703 is hiring for a Production Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team!
About the Role
FASTSIGNS Baton Rouge South is looking for an organized, detail-driven professional to manage the full lifecycle of client sign and print orders — from initial client contact through design coordination, production scheduling, and installation. No sign industry background is required. What matters most is a proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects through a structured process without things falling through the cracks.
What You'll Do
● Serve as a primary point of contact for clients placing orders, answering questions, and providing updates.
● Accurately enter and manage every job in our order management system from intake through completion.
● Coordinate scheduling across design, production, and installation teams to keep jobs on track and on time.
● Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams when timelines shift.
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for every order — no verbal-only or off-system arrangements.
● Support day-to-day operations of the location and help maintain a smooth, well-run shop.
What We're Looking For
● 2+ years in a role involving scheduling, production coordination, project coordination, or client account management (any industry).
● Demonstrated comfort using a CRM, ERP, scheduling tool, or similar system as part of daily work.
● Strong organizational habits — someone who defaults to checklists, written records, and follow-through.
● Confident, professional communication with clients, including under time pressure.
● Comfortable in a hands-on, small-business environment wearing multiple hats.
● Sign, print, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Details
Base salary range: $45,000–$58,000/year, commensurate with experience (equivalent to approximately $22–$28/hour). Final offer based on demonstrated scheduling/ops experience and system fluency.
Location: Baton Rouge, LA. Full-time, in-person.
