A fast-growing visual communications company in Clermont, FL is looking for a driven, people-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to join our team.

This is not a typical customer service role — we’re looking for someone who can build relationships, drive sales, stay organized, and confidently manage multiple customer interactions at once.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first impression and ongoing relationship manager for our customers—balancing service, sales, and organization.

Customer Experience

  • Greet walk-in customers and manage incoming calls/emails with professionalism and energy 
  • Guide customers through product options and recommend solutions 
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients 
Sales & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products 
  • Follow up with past customers to generate repeat business 
  • Conduct outbound calls (past clients, leads, and invoice follow-ups) 
  • Assist with collecting past-due invoices professionally 
Order & Project Coordination

  • Prepare estimates and enter accurate work orders 
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery 
  • Stay on top of multiple jobs, deadlines, and details simultaneously 
Daily Operations

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales/marketing efforts 
  • Keep organized records, notes, and follow-ups 
 What We’re Looking For

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable talking to people AND working behind a computer.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Confidence in sales conversations and asking for the order 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
Technical Proficiency:

  • Basic computer skills are essential, including: 
    • Creating and organizing folders 
    • Navigating Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) 
    • Using spreadsheets and tracking information 
    • Managing calendars, reminders, and task lists 
Experience:

  • 2–3 years in retail, customer service, or inside sales preferred 
  • Experience with sales, upselling, or account management is a strong plus
