Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small but dynamic FASTSIGNS center. The ideal candidate will be an organized and resourceful leader, capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customer service and profitability. The Operations Manager will work closely with the team to maximize efficiency and support the company's goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations. Implement effective processes and standards to optimize productivity and quality.
Team Management: Lead a small team, including hiring, training, and development. Foster a positive workplace culture by encouraging teamwork, supporting professional growth, and delivering constructive feedback.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service at every phase of the sales and production processes. Address customer issues promptly and liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, from initial consultation to final production and installation. Utilize project management skills to allocate resources efficiently and meet deadlines.
Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. Identify opportunities to increase profitability, reduce costs, and improve the center's overall financial health.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance procedures to guarantee the highest standards of products and services. Regularly review processes to ensure compliance with brand policies and industry regulations.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, managing supply chains effectively to support business operations and minimize waste.
Marketing and Sales Support:Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and driving sales growth. Participate in community networking and marketing efforts to enhance the center’s presence locally.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the signage or related visual communications industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering superior service.
- Proficiency in using technology and software related to operations and project management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
