A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
- Be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers at the FASTSIGNS Center, creating a professional, energetic experience that builds trust and drives sales conversions
- Engage, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads, with an expected conversion rate of approximately 30–50%, turning inquiries into paying and repeat customers
- Prepare accurate estimates, present solutions confidently, implement work orders, and follow established processes to ensure timely production and delivery of finished orders
- Work closely with vendors, production partners, and internal teams to coordinate materials, timelines, pricing, and quality standards
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels including email, telephone, in-person interactions, and on-site visits at their place of business
- Participate in daily team meetings, support execution of business and marketing plans, and contribute directly to the overall success and revenue growth of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through
- Act as a people-person who is driven, goal-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong desire to meet targets, solve problems, and grow accounts over time
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
- Great listening and organization skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
