About the Role
Join a fast-paced team managing client projects from concept to completion. You will own the operational execution pipeline (estimating, approvals, and delivery) in direct partnership with our top sales professional, who focuses on relationships and pipeline growth. Success requires speed, flawless organization, and proactive problem-solving.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Organizer & Problem Solver: Creates order from chaos, loves checklists, and anticipates bottlenecks with solutions.
  • High EQ Communicator: Responsive and dependable; firmly holds clients and production to deadlines while maintaining great relationships.
  • Tech & Industry Background: 1–3 years of fast-paced admin, account management, or project experience (signage, print, construction, or logistics preferred). Tech-fluent; HubSpot/CoreBridge experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Setup & Sourcing: Translate client briefs into structured files, build accurate estimates, manage CRM/ERP data, and source permits/materials from external vendors.
  • QC & Client Relations: Review design proofs against specs, coordinate approvals, and maintain proactive communication regarding project status and logistics.
  • Logistics & Closeout: Manage the WIP pipeline with production, coordinate site surveys and installations, resolve internal bottlenecks, and assist with project archiving and accounts receivable.

Success Metrics (KPIs)
  • Speed to Estimate: Rapid turnaround on pricing requests.
  • Project Velocity: Keeping jobs moving smoothly with zero internal delays.
  • Data Integrity: 100% accurate, transparent project tracking.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / Hour Starting (with a structured performance and pay review at 90 days, plus ongoing room for performance-based raises as you master the pipeline).
  • Sick/Personal Leave: 3 paid sick or personal days per year (eligible after 90 days of employment).
  • Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Paid Vacation: Vacation time is accrued systematically based on hours worked. Employees become eligible to use up to 1 week (40 hours) of earned vacation after six months of consecutive employment, and up to 2 weeks (80 hours) after two years of employment. Only vacation time that has been actively earned and accrued may be taken. Upon termination, any earned, unused vacation balance will be paid out in accordance with state labor laws.
  • Retirement: Eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after 12 months of consecutive employment.
  • Medical Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage options available for the employee & family. Farrz Inc pays 50% of the employee premium and no match of premium for spouse or children.
  • Insurance: Company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability (up to 13 weeks) provided for all full-time employees at no charge to the employee.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
